CHRISTMAS MENU (only £12.95 per head. Minimum 20 pax. Pls book 3 days in advance)

STARTER

Aromatic Duck/Chicken/Fried Tofu with Hoi Sin Wrap
Duck/Chicken cooked in Oriental spice wrapped in rice pancake with Hoi Sin Sauce, shredded carrots, spring onions and cucumber

Or

Thai Glass Noodles Salad with Mango (Chicken/Vegetable)
Glass noodles tossed with shredded mango, fresh tomato, black fungus and coriander in lemon juice dressing

MAIN COURSE

Thai Red Curry (Turkey/Vegetarian)
Turkey/Tofu cooked in coconut milk with carrots, onion, bamboo shoots, aubergine and long beans topped with fried onions and coriander. Served on a bed of Jasmine Rice.

Or

Sweet and Sour Turkey/ Vegetable + Tofu (Malaysian Style)

Turkey/Tofu cooked with peppers, onions, cucumber and water chestnuts garnished with shredded spring onions. Served on a bed of Jasmine Rice.
